How to get support¶
Currently, there are 2 ways to get support from us:
- Join my community and post your questions there: Join Us On Discord.
- This requires you to verify your invoice number first to gain access to the private support channels.
- This is the recommended way to get support because:
- You can find instant answers to your questions by searching through old posts if someone has already asked the same questions as you.
- Your questions also help others, as they won’t need to ask the same questions again.
- You will get faster answers than by sending support requests via email.
- Send an email to support@carloslab-ai.com, and don’t forget to include your invoice number.
- Asking for support via email will get slower responses than asking on Discord since I don’t check email often. So only use this if you really don’t like using Discord.
Why join our community on Discord¶
After joining our Discord server and verifying your invoice, you will gain access to the private forum channels for Utility Intelligence.

- This is where you can discuss how to use the asset with other users. Feel free to post anything related to the asset here.
- resources
- This is the place to share your knowledge and anything cool you’ve created with Utility Intelligence!
- For example, tips & tricks, tutorials, or reusable scripts such as inputs, input normalizations, target filters, and action tasks.
- help
- This is where you can send support requests to us.
- feedback
- This is where you can send feedback or feature requests to us.
- bug-report
- If you encounter any bugs, you can report them here.
